We have developed a methodology to analyze the different tasks performed by sales representatives and merchandisers at the point of sales, identify whether each activity adds value to the sales process, and measure activity times, to finally make the point-of-sale service protocol more efficient from reorganizing, optimization or even eliminating current tasks.
